Delete your BalloonFlow account
You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.
Delete inside BalloonFlow
Sign in, open You, choose Delete account and data, review the warning, and type DELETE. Your login identity, profile, saved projects and images, Canvas drafts, leads, contracts, Community activity, notifications, usage records, and points are then permanently removed.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. If you want recurring charges to stop, cancel through the same Apple, Google Play, or web billing account used to subscribe before deleting BalloonFlow.

What may be retained
Deletion cannot be undone. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to resolve fraud, billing, or safety issues. See the Privacy Policy for details.
