Information we collect

When you sign in with Google or Apple, Supabase authenticates your account and provides BalloonFlow with your verified email address and any available display name. Apple may provide a private relay email if you choose Hide My Email. BalloonFlow also stores information you choose to add or create: your username, profile photo, saved projects and Canvas drafts, leads, contracts, proposals, event details, plan and AI-usage counters, Community activity, notifications, and engagement points.

Photos and files

Photos you upload for analysis, backdrop mockups, saved projects, profile pictures, Community posts, comments, leads, proposals, or contracts are collected only when you choose the related feature. If you save a design, BalloonFlow retains the associated original and generated images until you delete the project or your account.

How AI photos are used

Photos and prompts submitted for analysis, theme planning, or backdrop mockups are sent to OpenAI to complete the requested feature. Member uploads, saved projects, and Community posts are not automatically added to BalloonFlow’s private inspiration library.

BalloonFlow’s owner may separately add authorized image examples to a private owner-only inspiration library. Those images are processed for non-personal design attributes such as palette, color flow, balloon scale, density, backdrop type, and composition. The patterns are used collectively to improve original suggestions—not to reproduce a single reference.

Service providers

BalloonFlow uses Supabase for authentication, OpenAI for requested AI features, and Cloudflare-hosted services for application delivery and storage. Proposal emails may be delivered through Resend. Connected balloon businesses may use Square for client deposits and balances. Apple and Google process mobile-store subscription purchases. Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service deliver alerts you enable. Each provider processes only the information needed for its service under its own privacy terms.

Payments

BalloonFlow does not store complete card numbers. Apple processes iPhone membership billing and Google Play processes Android membership billing. To verify and restore a membership, BalloonFlow stores limited store information such as the product identifier, transaction or purchase token, subscription status, expiration date, and an app-specific account identifier. Square processes deposits and balances paid to the balloon business you hire; that business remains the merchant. BalloonFlow stores limited provider identifiers, amounts, and payment status so subscriptions and leads can update correctly.

Community sharing

Community text, photos, profile pictures, usernames, likes, and comments are public because you deliberately choose to share them. A rolling limit allows up to three Community posts in 24 hours. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Reported or unsafe material may be hidden or removed.

Notifications

If you enable app alerts, BalloonFlow stores a device-specific push token and platform and uses them only for requested app activity, such as quote requests, signed contracts, paid deposits, likes, comments, and feature announcements. You can turn alerts off under You → Notifications or in your phone’s notification settings.

Retention and deletion

Your account information and saved content are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual projects, photos, posts, and comments inside the app. Under You, choose Delete account and data to permanently remove your Supabase login identity and BalloonFlow profile, stored photos and files, saved projects, Canvas drafts, leads, contracts, Community activity, notification subscriptions, usage records, and points. Deletion cannot be undone. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription; cancel it through the same Apple, Google Play, or web billing account first if you want recurring charges to stop.

If deletion cannot complete, no BalloonFlow records are intentionally removed and you can try again or contact support. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to resolve fraud, billing, or safety issues.

Your choices and requests

You can change or remove your profile photo, edit your username, delete content, turn off notifications, or delete your account inside the app. To ask a privacy question, request access or correction, withdraw consent, or get deletion help, email hello@balloonflowai.com.

Children and sensitive information

BalloonFlow is a professional creative and business tool and is not directed to children. Do not upload children’s personal information, confidential information, payment-card details, or images you do not have permission to process.
